Gratitude
As I look back on my journey thru the realm of mind . . . I realize how far I've come.
None of this is easy, however. . .
It becomes less burdensome when I look back too where I've been.
Progress is there.
Today is just today.
But when I look at yesterday, today becomes a gift of gratitude.
Gratitude for progress realized after putting enough yesterdays together to get where I am today.
Today is all, any of us, really have.
