Meditation

Lately, meditation has become steadier . . . more solid.

I don't know if it's the time of year or what it is for sure.

Here, in the north, the days are shortening. Morning

meditation is now done in the darkness of the early morning.

Sometimes it is deeper than usual, but always steady.

My journey down the path of meditation has been an

interesting one, over the years.
