Introductions

I thought I'd start this off by saying hello from Minnesota, USA. It is December here. We are just getting ready for the Holiday season.

I am a second degree Reiki practitioner with a practice out of my home.

I have had the opportunity to facilitate Reiki with many people from children with ADHD issues to cancer patients.

I've also worked with farm animals and pets as well.

I am also a meditations instructor. I have been practicing meditation for 20 odd years. I became trained in meditation instruction about 8 years ago.

I still have a lot to learn about both Reiki & meditation. They seem to in that category of things that keep pushing the envelope further down the road of learning.
