Today I did a sound therapy session with a client. It is so satisfying to see how the clients demeanor changes when they gt up off the mat after a session.

They are so much more relaxed and open. Their focus seems to shift and they look refreshed.

If you loop it you can extend it out as far as you want. This video is only 10 minutes.

Most all Tibetan Bowl sessions are 60 minutes long.
